Capstone Christian Schools will initially be built on approximately 40 acres of land located at 1000 E. Cactus Street (cross streets Cactus Avenue & Amigo Street) in the city of Las Vegas, including a 10-acre site for buildings and a 30-acre plus regional athletic facility. The 10-acre building site is part of 75 acres of land donated to Faith Heritage Schools in 2006. The 75-acre site is located approximately five miles south of McCarran International Airport in an area well suited for initial development and the long-term growth of Capstone Schools and future Faith Heritage Schools.

The property, although noteworthy in size and location, required significant planning and investment to prepare the building site as well as time, effort and money to secure all the necessary state, county, city, and local permits. To date an investment of approximately $2.5 million and 24 months of effort have been made to assure that Capstone Christian Schools can and will be built when money for construction is available.
