Leadership training has slipped away from many schools in America.  While recognizing that all students do not necessarily display  leadership ability as is commonly understood, all students can stand up for what is good, what is right, and what is moral. Students will be challenged and motivated to develop in their own leadership capabilities whether in the colleges they may attend, the work environments in which they may find themselves, in their communities, or in their homes in the future.  True Christian leadership begins with evaluating one's own heart, mind, and strength, and committing to seek God's help in developing these areas to the best of their abilities.
